6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if they have not yet entered processing.Once processing has started, cancellation is no longer available.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

• Orders totaling $100 or more (including $100) qualify for free shipping

• Orders below $100 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $10
